Leyna Barill attends Bellamine University and has always loved creating stories and characters. She strives to include animals in her writing as well as a sense of science as the road to enlightenment. A strident feminist and environmentalist, Leyna incorporates both her love of nature and strong women characters in her plots. Her early writing influence was anime and uses the concept to take fantasy to the next level. "For me," Leyna says of her writing, "writing is about so much more than creating a story; it's about making a difference through words. My hope is to simply inspire and to teach. Though my dream is large, my ambition is small. I only seek to entertain. If I can put a smile on someone's face, then I'm happy.
