The "new man" cannot live in isolation apart from one another, or divided from one another, or from a spot of hatred and animosity toward one other. The "new man" ought to be "whole" and ought to be "one," for he possesses a universal nature and emerges from only one Father, whose love imposes its divine unifying authority. The Church is Catholic for she is the body of the Son given for the whole world by love who recapitulates all things in Himself. The Church is one, for she is the house of the Father which cannot ever be divided against herself. Now, with great yearning, tears, prayers, and the consciousness of the new man, we look forward to the fulfillment of the catholicity and unity of the Church in the whole world.
