Sheriff Randy Dobbs from the little town of Roxi has quite the challenge on his hands. When he decided to be a Sheriff, what came after was not what he had in mind. Residents and tourists were disappearing at a pretty rapid pace in the area. These disappearances seemed to follow a disturbing pattern going back over 20 years.
