The publication's printing and binding costs total shall be awarded to Amazon, primarily because they have the resources and willingness to complete the task at hand, while the balance, excepting possible shipping costs, shall be allocated to TG Fugate, author of "Verbal SnapShots for the UpScale Privy" (Volumes I, II & III), for his substantial efforts in converting the Publication into large print and penning the "colorful" introduction. Regardless, "The Mueller Report" will likely be the most significant political document of our time.
