An eye-opening story

An eye-opening story of one women's account of her 12 year affair and its demise. A quick read that will bring laughter and sadness as Angie details her betrayal by the man she loved. A must read for anyone that was ever jilted by their lover.

You will be mesmerized by this book!

I bought this book, it arrived on Monday and by Wednesday night I had finished it. I didn't want it to end. I hope Angie DiCarlo is working on a sequel so I can find out what she and the Mrs. are up to now! To understand WHY this man cheated for SO long and hurt SO many, many people is beyond my comprehension. It would have been a whole lot easier to just get a divorce -- duh! And ... more confusing than anything, is WHY the daughters chose to side with him and become estranged from their Mother is beyond anything I can imagine. You HAVE to read this book -- it would make an excellent movie!

What an unbelievable saga!

After reading the first three chapters, I was absolutely hooked and couldn't put the book away for a minute. I finished it in two days; even took it to work and read it on my lunch break. I have since passed it along to three other people who also loved it and found it intriguing. The most incredible part of Miss DiCarlo's story is the abundance of love she had for this man who ended up ruining her life, along with a lot of other people. For 12 years, he lied and manipulated both his wife and his lover and got away with the double life he was leading. After a ridiculously stupid mistake on his part, he gets caught, is confronted by his wife and he tells his wife his lover's first name. DUMB! His wife finds his lover and of all things, she likes her and they become friends which is amazing in and of itself. What takes place thereafter is a must read -- these two women are among the strongest women I've ever read about and they bond together to fight the man who deceived them. Was it just about sex or did he have any love at all for EITHER of them? That is what I would like to ask Mark Cunningham. It may have not been the most well-written book I ever read, but for a first time author, I think Angie DiCarlo did a great job. The dialogue is exceptional and although she repeats herself a few times, her emotion is felt throughout. I have a deep respect after reading this story for both The Mrs. and The Mistress. They put their resentment for each other aside and stuck together. This is highly commendable. You have to read it to see for yourself.

A STORY OF LOVE, DECEIT AND BETRAYAL.

For a first-time author, Miss DiCarlo did a fantastic job of relaying her heartbreaking ordeal. I felt her emotions throughout the book and found her story intriguing, as well as amusing and entertaining. I was crying one minute and in stitches the next. It appeals to both men and women and it is definitely worth reading.

A riveting story!

My husband Eddie and I read this story together and have to admit it added some spice to our already great sex life. Aside from the sensual parts of the story, the antics this man's wife and his lover pulled off was hilarious! A VERY interesting and suspenseful book; it has a little bit of everything and appeals to both men and women. Definitely worth reading!
