If you're not content with who you are, how can you expect to be happy with someone else? It's unhealthy to rush into a relationship. Instead, set specific criteria for what you're seeking. If you settle or aren't satisfied with yourself, how do you think the relationship will turn out?

There's hope for everyone. Everything has its time and place. I know it's not always easy to hear, "When you least expect it, you'll find the right one." But how do we even know who the "right one" is? That's why it's so important to focus on yourself-mind, body, and soul. Be happy with who you are, and never change or pretend to be someone you're not just to be in a relationship.

I understand that loneliness can be tough. But when you do find "the one" or your "soulmate," the relationship will feel natural. The connection will flow effortlessly. You and your partner will both feel healthier, and you'll figure out how to handle challenges together. The most important thing is that both partners feel safe and secure in the relationship. To me, those are the two most crucial elements of any relationship.
