Stella Braun is a smart girl who just turned 11 years old. She lives with her mother, father, and older brother in Folly Beach, South Carolina. Like many 11-year-old girls would like to do, Stella enjoys walks to the Morris Island lighthouse at the edge of the beach and watch for Atlantic bottlenose porpoises playing in the ocean. She and her friends just completed the fourth grade. They all look forward to spending time at the beach and putting their toes in the sand.
