This is an Addictive Book

The book drew me into the strange and bizarre world of a homeless fellow who, strangely enough, became somewhat likeable. I laughed throughout the book and enjoyed the casual writing style of Mike Preston. It took me on a journey into a world I often wondered about and still do. Just who are these homeless people we pretent not to see? Well, read this book, and meet one up close and personal. You will laugh and also learn a little about a way of life many of us only speculate on. Mike Preston is a wonderful writer and I look forward reading more of his books.

Poor Guy!

A laugh-out-loud comedy that forces the reader to feel sorry for the poor main character, Mr. Preston's first tome is surely not the last. A biting look at the reality of alcoholism. . .from a drunk who can't seem to get his life in order long enough to even get drunk! This journal is a "must read" for anyone even considering what would happen if they chose NOT to enter a 12-Step program.
