Welcome to a collection of poems that came from my rock bottom. Love it or hate it, this is my truth to share with the world. I swore, I cried, I laughed, and through it all, I wrote. I wrote this poetry following the utter breakdown of reality as I knew it, as a means to heal and recover. It's imperfect, it's raw, it's mine, and I could not be more hopeful that it in some way touches the lives of others. I wrote about love, friendship, grief, mental illness, emotional vulnerability, and the things I think we could all stand to hear more often. Life is hard, and all we can truly do is our best as we try to navigate through it. I believe in you, and I hope maybe my words, my pain, and my love may help you believe in you if you don't already believe in yourself.
