It is accessible by practically any reader. The idea of the story and conceptualization of a real life example would be a good subject to throw around and laugh at in any breakfast or Romeo club. To my worldwide knowledge, which is limited, the events represented by implication do not exist at the present time. It could happen. So, enjoy the read.
