Such a well written book!

It doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced chef or a newbie in the kitchen you can find something in this. Get rid of the processed junk and learn how to do it cheaper, healthier and even better tasting. Be sure to find her free kids curriculum on her website if you want to set your kids up for food successes in their life!!

I Love This Book!

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this book. It gets down to the simple basics of a more natural diet. Author Mary from Mary’s Nest YouTube channel is a slow and methodical teacher and this book mimics this wonderfully. The timing for this type of book is remarkable and worth buying!

Have to Reorder

Ordered this book for myself but had it delivered at my daughters house because she is home during the day. When it came in she started reading it and called me she loves it. Now I have to order another one just for me. LOL
