The Missing Years Hypotesis

While most historians accept consistent historic cronology, some authors claim that certain number of years is "missing" from history, in range from moderate few to few dozens years to extreme claims that whole centuries are somehow, intentionaly or unintentionaly "added" to calendar. While most of those theories remain marginal, it is interesting to explore sources of those claims, and re-examine what we really know about history.
