Interacting with other people is always difficult - whatever some may say Because the way we see the others in determined by our deepest beliefs: in ourselves, in other people, in the world and in life in general. These beliefs are like meta-programs: they are alive active, but we are not aware of them. Transactional analysts called them "life positions". The concept appeared in the late 60s and, since then, it has developed on several coordinates. It is used by coaches and trainers in order to detect what "goes wrong" with the coaches or trainees during the dynamics of their encounter.
