NYPD Homicide Detective Andy Thomas is called to investigate the death of a rapist. Just as he begins discovering strange events surrounding the death, Andy is joined in his investigation by FBI Special Agent Veronica Baldwin who has been investigating a string of similar deaths for the past two years.
