This study, full of ideas and suggestions for the most sensitive and motivated educators, highlights the role and the function of the motor activity within the behavioral path, an elective strategy in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder. The purpose of the study is to demonstrate how motor activity, through individualized and ad hoc procedures, can facilitate the integration and the socialization of a pupil with autism spectrum disorder. In particular, through motor activity in the "Peteca" game, the duration of social interaction, the joint attention and the imitation can be increased, expanding the spontaneous communicative repertoire of requests (mand) and of answers to questions (intraverbal).
