Love this book

I love this book. This was one of the first books I ever bought on fasting. It is pretty short and definitely worth the money. I have given several of these away as gifts to my friends over the years. If you are looking for more resources on fasting. Jentzen Franklins fasting book is very good as well as Marilyn Hickey's. These 3 are my favorites.

This book is life changing. I have read it several times and each time I read it I am inspired to fast on a regular basis. It is well written and gives many examples of how fasting can help both physically and spiritually.

Informative and To the Point

This book is a real blessing in that Dave Williams gets to the heart of why fasting is important, not only for physical cleansing, but to be brought into a closer relationship with God. Enabling us to receive His blessings. I will reread this book (this time with a highlighter). And I am purchasing several copies for friends. It is a quick read and strongly recommend this book to those Christians seeking a deeper relationship with God.
