motivating and useful real-world strategies

I am a real estate investor and always looking for new ideas and strategies - The Millionaire Real Estate Mindset by Russ Whitney was exactly what i was looking for. The chapter on "What's Stopping You" and what he says about the fear of success is so true. i liked the way he helped me deal with my fears in a very clear manner. I was particularly impressed by the new information on how to invest in raw land. that was the next step in real estate investing that i was looking for. It was motivating. I loved it.
