After a harrowing escape from the ship, an inter-agency agreement with the CIA sends Steve to the Middle East. They assign him to devise a plan to stop the plot. With the help of a biologist Steve finds imprisoned at Boulez's Dubai compound, they execute a daring strategy to overcome Boulez and restore the value of gold in the world economy.
