Charlie Baker, a freshman at San Diego State University, is a good kid, but he needs money, and fast. When given the opportunity to earn some quick cash by taking a mysterious suitcase from Mexico to Boston, Charlie starts down a road that will change his life forever. His trip takes a wrong turn, however, when a state trooper stops to help Charlie with a flat tire but ends up opening the suitcase without Charlie's permission.
