Couldn't put it down. Don't buy on line, just go to your library, which is where I found it. One of the best mysteries I read in a long time.

Prose reeks of Hammet

Decent read, keeps you turning the pages, and the author knows his way around a karate chop. All at once funny, violent and suspenceful. Great Character in Willy diaz. Movie potential. Like to see sequel.

Spare Prose Packs A Wallop

This is a great read. The hero, Willy Diaz, is very attractive and quite funny. The pacing is good, and the ending came a real surprise. At times I could see this as a movie, and a whole series of Mercy Man books. Try this, you'll enjoy it very much.
