Solitude. Do we live in it, or are we all connected in a way? Does the afterlife exist simply because we believe in it? I believe in reincarnation, but I also believe that spirituality is more important than religion(s). Maybe there's a way to preserve human consciousness in the vacuum of space time that we haven't figured out quite yet. The Meaning Is You: Survivors of the Atomic Shift intends to challenge the spirit and mind, to take a step back, and examine the very real problems we face as a society.

Save the world, or save yourself? This existential excerpt was written to attempt to help humanity learn how to transcend the mind in the face of impending disaster(s). We contemplate death, life, quantum physics, and matter, all in the context of self-reflection and equitable self-evaluation. If there is a hivemind, and if the universe is really a "brain", shouldn't we research these topics together?

That is, after all, the goal. So sit back and enjoy the ride. And if this novel makes you feel nervous, angry, or upset, just know that I felt those ways too while I was writing it in 2017.
