A Good Resource

Being a new school based coach, I found good information in this book that aided my job performance. The book is formatted well and easy to find the information you need. This book was an invaluable resource for me.

This book gave me direction...

As a new math coach for middle and high schools, I was handed a job description that was very vague. I ordered this to give me some help, and it did just that. There are great strategies and practical situations that I know I will run into as this school year starts. This is a must have!

Math Coach Field Guide is VERY HELPFUL

The Math Coach Field Guide was a VERY helpful book to encourage me that I had started off correctly in my new position. It also gave many ways to approach professional development and guide those with whom I work. It gave interventions to emulate- by those that had implemented them. What worked and what was not as successful were both included. Overall, a wonderful way to get a new coach headed in the right direction(s)!
