Zen is beyond time and watches the continuous repeating, cycle after cycle, of all the same life situations. The Master and the Assassin is one of Zen's timeless and secular dialogues. He knows he is trapped and recognizes in the Master his only chance of redemption from the constant perpetuation of everyday daily actions. "It can only change by changing the level of presence within you and each one," replies the Master, "and only one method works on it, the inner silence. Learn to see, feel, and perceive life as it is, being a simple witness. Cross the border of nothingness every day and know the other dimension's dynamics and state. Open the door of your evolution. The search for the answer and the search for the question indicate that Samsara is Nirvana." That's universal teaching.
