Cracked second disc

Unfortunately, I waited too long to watch this, and when I went to put in the second disc, I found that it was cracked and unplayable. The disc with the movie was fine, but the seller should have gotten a replacement disc, or sold it as damaged goods, instead of "acceptable" condition. One of the discs being unusable is not "acceptable." Acceptable is if the case is damaged, but both discs are fine.
