The Marvelous Theory of Special and General Relativity

It is without too many scientific pretensions that I am about to introduce the reader to the Theory of General and Narrow Relativity that is the subject of the present paper which, however, cannot be fully grasped without at least the fundamental mathematical and physical skills that are learned at the end of the high school course of study, necessarily with a scientific orientation.
I will try to cover the topics, so that the concepts are mainly understood, through rigorous mathematical demonstrations or with the help of graphs and diagrams, with an innovative approach compared to many other treatises that are often too "popularized" for a proper understanding of the theories or alternatively present a high dose of "college math."
I paid special attention to the thought of Relativity already present in Galileo's observations and expounded on the fundamental works of James Clerk Maxwell, Albert Abraham Michelson, Edward Morley, and Hendrik Antoon Lorentz to arrive at the absolutely innovative idea postulated by the Theory of Restricted Relativity.
Once immersed in the new Theory, in the second chapter, I delved analytically into the concepts on time dilation and distance contraction until the solution of the always fascinating paradoxes.
Subsequently, this paper focuses on mass-energy dualities (E=mc2) and gravitational mass-inertial mass.
There is no shortage of "mental experiments" and the use of the Minkowsky diagram for the purpose of making the effects of the theory better understood.
In the discussion of General Relativity, the topics of the curvature of space-time in four dimensions, Riemann geometry, the use of Tensors, the exposition of Einstein's famous Field Equations, Gravitational Redshift, Light Deflection, Mercury's Perihelion Precession and Gravitational Waves will be addressed.
I thank all those who have been close to me during the writing of this discussion, and with the hope that I have set up the work in such a way that it will be useful to all those who approach the study of the fascinating Theory of Relativity, I am grateful in advance to those who would like to propose improvements or any suggestions
