The Map of Brackenmere
A forgotten map. A ruined watchtower. A secret buried for generations.
In the summer of 1976, fourteen-year-old Tom and his younger sister Lucy arrive at Brackenmere Manor expecting a quiet family holiday. Instead, they discover an old map hidden inside the house-and a trail of clues leading to the mysterious Golden Hart.
Their search takes them through forgotten rooms, along overgrown paths and into places someone would prefer them never to find. But the treasure of Brackenmere is not gold in the ordinary sense. It is tied to an ancient promise, a lost charter and the rights of the people who once lived upon the land.
Fifty years later, the map returns to Tom.
A concealed road leads beyond the manor to the ruins of Bell Watch, where one final secret is waiting beneath the stone. To uncover it, Tom and Lucy must finish the adventure they began as children-and decide whether some treasures should ever belong to one person.
The Map of Brackenmere is a warm, atmospheric adventure mystery about family, courage and the promises that survive long after they have been forgotten.
