Recently, I finished reading the novel, A Man Who Called Himself Devlin by William M. Green. I found this book to be very intriguing, and I liked it very much. It starts by introducing the main character, Devlin, who is a very intelligent clever man. Devlin can do about anything imaginable and is hired secretly by different people to do jobs considered undesirable to others. This novel is an action packed, suspenseful novel. All-in-all, I enjoyed this book immensely. I would highly recommend this novel to those who enjoy reading about action. For people who like reading books involving strategy and clever planning, this is an excellent choice. Another excellent part of this novel is it is an easy book to get hooked to. Within the first few pages, the reader will instantly want to read more. I strongly recommend this book to anyone who is intrigued by any of the above mentioned factors.

In Devliin, we meet a shocking hero. The name he uses now is the most recent of many names he has used. He is one of the dispossessed of our time; a stateless soldier for hire, alienated from a society that he feels has failed him. he would appear to be cold, compassionless, a killer. But he is more complext than that, for his soul is as scarred as his body. Devlin is a character as disturbing as the times that spawned him. The book is an adventure for our time, gripping in its execution, alarming in its implications.
