As a beginning clothes designer, Louise was starting to bring in business for her Europeon partner when her mother sent a message telling her to come home. When Louise discovers her mother Elaine's plans she runs to Kentucky where her brother finds her a house. In the Living room is a mural depicting a man walking down a dusty road. At first sight she sees it in action as the man reaches out to the man kneeling and lifts him up. This man walks and leaps around. When Louise's eyes water, she blinks and the mural returns to the beginning. Later she learns the man's name and realizes she had seen him before. As time goes on she gets to know him on a personal basis and when she is kidnapped she trusts him to get her free. It happens and she is able to escape out a bedroom window.
