"The Man Means Business" was a pleasant read

A tale of a playboy boss, Dean Logan, and his attraction to his secretary, Jodie Cameron. In an informal setting, a Hawiian business trip, Dean and Jodie find themselves attracted to one another- startling given their work history together. Jodie declines Dean's advances and struggles with the stereotypical roles between a boss and employee, Dean's dating history and his resistance to commitment. Poor character development by Annette Broadrick; no insight into developing amorous feelings or detailed inner dialogue. This wasn't a particularly romantic tale- certainly not steamy. Tame and bland. If you are looking for a light read and the perpetual happy, if predictable, ending- this book is for you.
