Inspriational for everyone

A quick and easy read. I loved the short chapters... perfect to pick up, absorb chunks of information, and put it down moments later knowing I've learned something. Dense with uncomplicated information and repeatable reminders, this book is a great summary of a young man's path towards success through financial education. Embree illustrates how quickly he has learned and thrived in Seattle's strong real estate market; and with his experiences and observations, he is passing this valuable knowledge on. I found this book gives me inspiration to wisely reassess my finances and help prevent any potential financial disasters in the future. A basic must read before one graduates into financial independence. I think everyone young or old will take something away from reading this book.
