Great children's poetry book for 3 to 8 year olds

This is a great children's poetry book for 3 to 8 year olds. The poems are about sneakers, potato chips, ice cream, birds, fog, love of reading, snakes, faces, and bubble gum. [...] I found out about the book when Poets House in New York City declared it one of the best children's poetry books of 2004 in April 2005, National Poetry Month. [...]but well worth looking for because your children will love it. Mine do.
