I first checked the book out from the library

to see whether it would be helpful. I determined very quickly that this was an excellent source for helping me control my hypoglycemia. It has a very good variety of foods listed for quick search and it goes into very specific detail of how the body uses things like omega 3 and 6 and refined carbohydrates and many other things. It is an excellent diet that has really helped me to feel better.

i never realized how important it is for people of all dietary needs to maintain control over their sugar levels. i am not diabetic but my wife is, and as soon as she finished the book she insisted that i read it! i'm glad she did, because i've learned plenty about easy corners to cut in making my diet painlessly more healthy (and i am not the type to willingly cut out my favorite foods). this book is a solution for a diverse range of diet-related problems....
