The Low End is a place where poor people and under privileged people lived. The Low End was a place where poor people lived. The low end was a community who struggled to make it in this economy. The people who thought they were high classed did not come to the Low End. Many people who committed crimes could hide in the Low End for nearly 40 years and not be caught by the law. The Low End governed itself. This community had no law since no one wanted to ever come visit. Some people called The Low End a place to live while others called The Low End a low state in their mind. Someone could have handed them the low end of the stick but no matter how you derived in the Low End you have better be careful and follow all the rules when you enter the Low End.
