The Love Nest Murder

Why would eighteen-year-old Ariella Tamez's young brother commit suicide at his love nest on their ranch? He had a beautiful girlfriend and was a budding athlete, and was loved by everyone. At the love nest in a grotto, they discover Andres's belongings and evidence of satanic worship, showing her brother was far different than he pretended. Ariella reveals to Dax why she fought with Andres. Although he suspects she may be the killer, he vows to keep her secret safe. Their relationship is forbidden and fraught with problems. The partner's investigations threaten someone very powerful and they are relentlessly intimidated by a secretive group intent on buy ranches, including her father's, for water rights to supply the Animas-La Plat River Project in beautiful Durango, Colorado. Will they survive the consortium's attacks?
