Best Cajun Louisiana Recipe Book

I Actually own 2 of these books and Louisiana sweet things (best praline recipes and others). I bought it for the straight forward Recipes and the great Louisiana recipes from all the towns all over the state. Great pen and ink drawings from each city IT IS A KEEPER.

Quite possibly THE best!

My father bought this book before me a few years ago and we've made almost every recipe in it. The recipes are easy to follow, taste amazing, and are actually authentic Cajun food. My absolute favorite is the bread pudding!!

Excellent !

This cookbook is the best I have ever used by far. There were easy to follow recipes donated by people from each parish in Louisiana. Cooking this food reminds me of my childhood and growing up in New Orleans. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone!
