I have now had the opportunity to read and evaluate your book and I will detail my thoughts below.

The very first impression I gained from THE LOST REFLECTION is that it is a competently constructed and very well written book. The style is gripping from the very beginning and the irresistible narrative is perfect for this suspense-fuelled genre.

The opening pages encapsulate the very essence of the story (introduction to the families) and packed with hooks to grab your reader's interest and as a result, anyone glimpsing these opening pages will struggle to put the book down. But the book as a whole has a great deal to recommend it. You have encapsulated the atmosphere of the era flawlessly and done well to fashion a credible story which will stay with the reader long after they have finished reading this book. This really is an engrossing read. Furthermore, it is given something 'extra' because of the superior quality of your storytelling skills, which leads the reader onwards and upwards as the book progresses towards what is a highly emotional denouement. All in all you have created a remarkable book here that will have a powerful impact on all who are lucky enough to read it.

In summary, therefore, this is as good a book of its type as I have read for some time and far better than the majority of hopefuls one encounters.
