This is a short book about a man who goes to Egypt to look for the burial place of a pharaoh. Pharaohs were the kings of ancient Egypt. This one was "lost" because other archaologists didn't want to find him, but Duncan Nesmith knows where to look. The story is told like you are reading Duncan's diary. Some parts of it are difficult to understand at first. You don't always know what is going on because Duncan doesn't know. There are some scary parts that are not for young readers, but nothing gory. There are photos that were taken in Egypt, and drawings from Duncan's diary. I give this book 4 stars because I wanted to read more. It was too short.
