The Long Way Out is inspired by my journey as I healed my mental health. This journal started to help me deal with past trauma during my life growing up in a dysfunctional family, which lead to dysfunctional relationships and life. I wanted to better myself after the failure of my second marriage so I threw myself into therapy. I want what everyone wants true love that will last a lifetime and beyond.
If I can help one person move through their mental health issues then it will all be worth any negative reactions to this publication.
This book is dedicated to my family, friends, and my next wife. Thank you for always showing me how much you care.
