When Kay Gerard, an innocent and unworldly young woman, takes to sleuthing and uncovers evidence that could damage her uncle's reputation, I started turning pages faster. "The Lodge" is full of suspense and held my attention to the very end. Kay Gerard became real and I'm wondering where she is now. Maybe the author, Kim McMahill, will write a sequel! I certainly hope so.
