There are many books on prayer. Some of these books are written by those who have great experiences in prayer. This is not that kind of book. If anything, it is written by a person who has struggled in prayer, and feels a need to learn more about prayer. I have seen answered prayer. I have seen unanswered prayer. Instead, this is more of a book by one who wants to know more about prayer. I have found some surprising things about prayer. There is sinful prayer, anger at prayer, pretend prayer, and abominable prayer. There is even a scripture where God says not to pray for a certain people...four times...in the same verse. There are other passages that might be more expected. There is the prayer of healing, the prayer of the destitute, the prayer of the afflicted, the prayer of the upright, believing prayer, the house of prayer, and prayer in everything. It is my prayer that God might use these studies to help you in your prayer.
