This is an autobiography of my life. It's a story about my life and about how I became the man that I am today. I talk about my ups and downs. I speak about how I was verbally abused all of my life by someone closed to me without knowing it and then finally nearly 40 years later finally breaking free from that abuse and turning my life totally around for the better. The whole book pretty much talks about how my life was a life of crap but then how I turned my life completely around and did a whole 360 and my life changed for the better.
