We all have our opinions and many authority figures put up videos on social media about different topics of interest for our wellbeing. Who is right? In the US, perhaps government web sites are the most reliable and based on scientific evidence. But there are also social, religious and political myths and only our own examination and logical review can lead us to the reality, the truth and what matters.
