An acclaimed author displays her keen understanding of teen issues in this engrossing novel--now available in paperback. When Norrie decides to make Mark notice her by telling a lie, she finds one deception leads to another. And Mark may leave her forever. A realistic story that teens will read (Voice of Youth Advocates).
I really did like this book. I rate this book as deffinetly a 5 on the scale. I rate it this high for a number of reasons. Here are a few of them. The first reason is that it relates to many teen romance stories. The same old story, she loves him so much and would do anything for him but only if he noticed her, even a little bit. Although many people, not always teens, have this problem, and might not always admit to it, the story is always different. Even the slightest twist of the story and have tottaly different results. I think this had a great ending. Another reason that I like this book so well is beacuse it is well written. I think all the words and phrases couldn't be written better. It is easy to understad and written in a down to earth style. The next reason is that it has a lot of drama in it and makes you want to read more and more, turn the next page, and not to put it down. Altough not boring, you may think you know what will happen next but then when you read on you realize that you were deffinetly off, atleast I was. The last reason this book apealed to me so well is that the author wrote this like she had been through this, like she had experience in this or like she had written things like this before. Altough there are more then this, these are only a few reasons why I liked this book so much.
