Jimmy Hickey knows about hope and redemption. He lives in Cleveland, Tennessee. Twice divorced. The Lord saved him from a life of addiction, and he is in the rebuilding process. Hickey's grandmother was living in an assisted living rehab facility due to a broken leg, and he promised to write her stories while she was cooped up. She eventually healed up, but he wrote stories to her until she died.

Currently, he works in a call center collecting on medical bills and attends Calvary Chapel in Cleveland. As hobbies, he enjoys any outdoor activity one can think of.

His life verse is Galatians 2:20: I have been crucified with Christ: and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me, and the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
