The Lesser Evil is based in Puerto Rico in the mid 1990's at the height of anti-American demonstrations and drug trafficking. Our lead characters, on both sides of good and evil, cross paths in the midst of human struggle, catastrophe, and intense violent acts. Two FBI agents lead the charge to crack down on smugglers and terrorist groups under a blazing hot sun while all along, foreign infiltrators are worming their way into the lives of the polictically influential. It's hard to know who to trust and even harder to know, which is the lesser evil.
