The legend of the golden mouth

We're at the end of World War II. Marco Kastriokis is on HMS Ajax, on patrol in the islands of Greece. On the island of Gozzo, near Crete, a German base is spotted and Marco is sent on a search mission to prepare the bombing of the place. He meets Anne and the two fall in love, causing someone's jealousy. An old legend says that on the island there is a hidden place, the golden mouth, from which no one has ever returned because it is guarded by the golden monster. Perhaps, behind an apparent fantasy tale, there is some truth. Marco will find the mouth saving the little ancient world which is on the isle.
