They take over the family business, Biddle Farms. The main harvest is pumpkins.

After an unprecedented storm erupts in Principio, a child is found abandoned in the pumpkin patch behind the popular Biddle roadside market. The story blossoms into different directions from there, with unexpected twists and turns that happen in Maryland and in Pennsylvania and impact people and communities in each area. It's a journey.
