I read this book for my undergrad degree in Organizational Leadership! Great read, interesting, engaging and insightful!

Solid leadership advice - easy read

A friend gave me "The Leader's Compass" a couple of days ago. I picked it up to read the first few pages and put it in my reading list for some future date. I read the whole book, as time permitted, in the next 2 days. It has some great common sense tips for leaders at any level of an organization. It gives the tips in the form of a story about a fictional character so it's an easy read.
