Her years in leadership taught her many life lessons and her goal was to share with others. The Leaders Devotional provides 21 days of instruction for the Christian leader. As Christian leaders, the leadership journey differs from other leaders. The Leaders Devotional instructs leaders how to become God's leader. There is no roadmap for the Christian leader due to God's unknown purposed plan for every individual. The devotional seeks to provide insight to prepare God's leaders for their journey by helping leaders develop a plan of action for what they encounter along the journey. The book emphasizes the importance of establishing productive leadership relationships with God, yourself, and others by focusing on the three relationships of leader.
