My biography as a child I was filled with negative thoughts and emotions, growing up on a council estate, parents both working full time, when I over heard an adult conversion that would impact my future, spending time confused, depressed and looking for answers, my life became a search of looking for what was wrong with me. I started to look at my thoughts and emotions to feel better. Then an illness gave me time alone where I focused on what went on inside my head, and feelings. After continuing this exploration I started to discover things, and had some dreams that came true the next day. This change me, I continued this way of exploring until a man, Tony Crisp, came into my life who taught me the value of my dreams and so much more; I have led an interesting life.
